Team assistant / office manager / office employee
With your organizational talent, you keep the reins in the office and are the first point of contact for our administrative issues. Do you want to be an important internal interface as an independent part of the team?
You can get involved here:
-Supporting our teams in all administrative and organizational activities
-Planning and organizing appointments
-Telephone switchboard / correspondence (central number)
-Optimizing and developing processes in the office / office management
What you bring to the table:
-Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
-Organizational skills and structured way of working
-Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
-Confident handling of MS Office applications
-Initiative and proactive approach
-Experience in the field of assistance is an advantage, but not essential
