#1 Brightness and light sensor
The most important feature of the monitor is its brightness. While monitors with 350 to 700 candelas (the unit in which brightness is measured) are used indoors, we use screens with 2500 to 4000 candelas outdoors. This ensures that the content is still very easy to see in direct sunlight or brightness from other light sources.
All of our outdoor screens are equipped with a light sensor. These measure the ambient brightness and adjust the brightness of the monitor accordingly. This saves energy and is good for the environment.
#2 Continuous operation and fire protection
Another important feature of the screens is the ability to run them continuously. Even if you decide to switch off the monitors at night, it is important that the screens have this feature with regard to fire protection and durability.
#3 Protection against weather influences and vandalism
Now you can't just hang the screens outside like that. We use protective housings for this. These can either be mounted on the wall or used as free-standing units in various sizes, colors and shapes. These protect your screens from weather influences or vandalism.
#4 Fan and heating
There is a lot of technology in such a housing. For example, an active fan system, an air conditioning unit, heating and front window ventilation. All of this ensures that you can use your screen outdoors all year round.
#5 Systems
There are different types of protective housings. For example, you can mount the whole thing on the wall. Here you have the choice between portrait and landscape format and a selection of different sizes. There are also the stand systems, so-called steles. Here, too, there is a choice between portrait and landscape format, different sizes, but also different shapes.
