After 21 years, it was time to renovate the store. It had to be simple and clearly designed, both for the customers and for the employees.
Behind the large fish and snack counter, two 50" digital signage screens (1128 x 649 x 76 mm) were integrated into the beautiful wooden furniture. The desire was to make it clear to customers (including many tourists) that it is self-caught and self-processed fish that is available in the store. For this reason, photos now change on the screens showing the company garlic fishing. Paired with info on specialties straight from Lake Constance, current opening hours and seasonal fish classics.
From this it is now evident that Knoblauch is a family business and also stands behind its qualified products.
In the left area of the store, the bistro area, two 37" stretch screens (923 x 278 x 45 mm) were mounted directly to the shelving. Due to the narrow format, these are particularly suitable for low ceiling heights or integration into the counter furniture.
Also important in such a project is always the simple and flexible operation of the software. Here, the Knoblauch family can rely on VisuScreen cloud on the computer or smartphone, quickly transfer new photos and specialties to the screens.
