After 21 years, it was time to renovate the store. The goal was to create a simple and clear design for both customers and employees.
Behind the large fish and snack counter, two 50" digital signage screens (1128 x 649 x 76 mm) were integrated into the beautiful wooden furniture. The aim was to clearly communicate to customers (including many tourists) that the fish available in the store is caught and processed in-house. For this reason, photos showing the Knoblauch company fishing are now displayed on the screens, along with information about specialties directly from Lake Constance, current opening hours, and seasonal fish classics.
This clearly shows that Knoblauch is a family business that stands behind its high-quality products.
In the bistro area on the left side of the store, two 37" stretch screens (923 x 278 x 45 mm) were mounted directly onto the shelving. Due to their slim format, these are particularly suitable for low ceilings or integration into counter furniture.
An important aspect of such a project is always the simple and flexible operation of the software. Here, the Knoblauch family can quickly transfer new photos and specialties to the screens via VisuScreen cloud on their computer or smartphone.
