The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (hereinafter referred to as DIND) analyzed our company in a comprehensive review process and recognized us as an employer of the future.

We are very pleased that we were judged to be particularly innovative, modern and fit for the future.

In order to receive the "Employer of the Future" certificate, we were audited by leading sustainability experts. The audit process took place in two steps:

• Stage 1: The "quick check". The future viability of companies is classified by15 defined questions.
• Stage 2: The "expert evaluation". The company is analyzed with regard to its future viability on the basis of clearly defined criteria.

Future-oriented thinking, sustainable work and the expansion of our digital signage network were and are particularly important to us. Wedeko's award of the "Employer of the Future" seal is confirmation for us that we are on the right track.
