From now on, there is a new point of contact for the citizens of Ulm: the service center of the municipal citizen services.
The central service center improves service through short distances and longer opening hours. A digital concept was also developed at the new location, in which the ticket call and information on site are displayed on modern screen systems. In each of the waiting areas, at least one 49" screen was harmoniously integrated into the back wall of the benches.
The content is designed and updated by the advertising department of the city of Ulm using our VisuScreen cloud software. One area of the monitors shows the current tickets that are being called by the case workers. As soon as the citizen arrives at the counter or in the respective office, the call expires automatically.
In the entrance area at the information desk, two additional 49" screen systems provide information about the number of people currently waiting. In addition, attention is drawn to the online services here.
A 32" screen system was mounted in an outdoor housing on the mailbox.
