INTEGRATED SYSTEMS EUROPE 2023: e-Ink Displays as the Future of Digital Signage?

28.2.2023

INTEGRATED SYSTEMS EUROPE 2023 was an exciting trade fair with many innovative technologies. The Wedeko team was on site to find out about the latest trends in the field of integrated systems. Our highlight was definitely the displays with E-Ink technology. These displays offer an incredibly high contrast, which makes reading text very pleasant. The best thing about it, however, is that in principle no power is consumed in the stationary and unchanged display state.

We see many applications for this technology in the future, especially in tenant information systems or real estate displays. But these displays can also play an important role in other areas such as advertising or retail. By using electronic ink, they are extremely energy efficient and have a long battery life. This makes them a great solution for applications where a constant display is required.

In addition to the E-Ink displays, there were many other interesting technologies to discover at the show, including smart home systems, virtual reality applications and IoT solutions. We were impressed by the diversity and progress of the integrated systems.

Overall, INTEGRATED SYSTEMS EUROPE 2023 was a great event and we look forward to integrating the new technologies into our projects and providing innovative and engaging solutions to our customers.
