Innovative concepts and traditional craftsmanship - the Pappert bakery from Poppenhausen (Wasserkuppe) combines these two supposed opposites.
Within a radius of a good 80 kilometers, there are over 100 specialist shops of the artisan baker, which is represented in Hesse, Bavaria and Thuringia. A good 1200 employees contribute to the company's success. Pappert is now much more than a bakery. The company has developed diverse and modern gastronomy concepts and brands. For example, Pappert successfully sells ice cream, pasta and pizza at some of its locations. The bakery has been focusing on coffee for many years.
In order to display the wide range of products and weekly promotions on a daily basis, Pappert was looking for a reliable digital signage system. We developed a concept for Pappert, which was implemented a short time later in the branch in the Kaiserwiesen in Fulda. This was followed by the conversion of further branches. Pappert has now installed a uniform digital menu board consisting of two screen systems at 13 locations.
