The Carolus Thermen in Aachen rely on digital signage

The Carolus Thermen in Aachen is a popular recreational destination and offers its visitors a wide range of facilities and services. To enhance the visitor experience, we installed an extensive digital signage system in the spa's premises.

The aim of the project was to provide visitors to the Therme with relevant information in real time . By installing digital displays, the Therme can provide visitors with a wealth of information to help them get the most out of their visit. The displays show up-to-date information on facilities, services and events, making it easier for visitors to find their way around.

The digital signage system we installed at Carolus Thermen consists of various components, including info screens in the entrance area and pool area, two screens in the locker room area, and info screens in the Carolus Spa. In addition, we installed a digital menu board in the bistro and a digital outdoor stele in the outdoor area of the restaurant.

One of the main features of the system is our proprietary software VisuScreen.cloud, which allows the Therme to control all displays from a central location. This makes it easy to update and change content to meet the needs of visitors. The software is also very user-friendly and easy to use, enabling the Therme's staff to make changes quickly and effectively.

Overall, the new digital signage system at Carolus Thermen has helped to improve the visitor experience, increase the efficiency of communication and boost sales.
