The Carolus Thermen in Aachen rely on Digital Signage

The Carolus Thermen in Aachen is a popular destination for relaxation, offering visitors a wide range of facilities and services. To enhance the visitor experience, we installed a comprehensive digital signage system throughout the thermal baths.

The project aimed to provide visitors with relevant, real-time information. By installing digital displays, the thermal baths can offer a wealth of information to help visitors make the most of their visit. The displays show current information about facilities, services, and events, making it easier for visitors to find their way around.

The digital signage system we installed at the Carolus Thermen includes various components, such as info screens in the entrance area and by the pools, two screens in the changing room area, and info screens in the Carolus Spa. We also installed a digital menu board in the bistro and a digital outdoor display in the restaurant's outdoor area.

One of the system's key features is our proprietary software, VisuScreen.cloud, which allows the thermal baths to control all displays from one central location. This makes it easy to update content and make changes to meet visitors' needs. The software is also very user-friendly and easy to operate, enabling the thermal baths' staff to make changes quickly and effectively.
